The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short distance from the bustling center of the city. It was close to the soukhs and La Place, making it convenient for exploring. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable bedsheets and heating to ensure a cozy stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, served in a charming dining area surrounded by orange trees. the hotel had tasteful decoration and a well-maintained bathroom.
The variety of the breakfast could have been improved, with options like fresh fruit, yogurt, and pastries to add more diversity.

The communication with the owner and staff was great, they were very helpful and made my stay enjoyable. The personal level of hospitality was fantastic, it was like visiting an old friend. We even went out for coffee, shopping, and dinner together. It was easy to make friends with fellow guests and the staff, creating a friendly atmosphere.
Some things in the room were not properly attached to the wall, such as the towel rack and handrail. The breakfast could have more variety, with fresh fruit, yogurt, and fresh pastries.
